Shipping
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after receipt of cleared payment.
Worldwide shipping by regular mail with tracking.

Whenever possible, orders are combined in one package.

Product guarantee
Detailed information available by email upon request. No other guarantee is granted.

International orders
I take responsibility for exporting from my country, but it is your responsibility to know your country's import regulations, so keep in mind your custom regulations. .

Return Policy
Returns are accepted if all the following conditions are met simultaneously:
1. The buyer must contact me within 14 days of receiving the items.
2. The buyer must provide clear photos of the items received and the original packaging.
3. In case there is any problem with the item, the photos should clearly show the problem.
4. The buyer must not take any action that may alter the items received in any way.
5. Original items must be returned exactly as they were at the time the buyer received them and in the original packaging.

A refund or replacement (at the buyer's choice) will be sent only after you receive the original items.

If the buyer chooses the money back option, the refund will include the value of the original purchase less the value of the original shipment. A full refund will be issued only when the reason for the return is one of the following:
- Does not match the description or photos
- Incorrect item sent
- Parts or pieces are missing
- Arrived damaged
These are also the reasons that qualify for a free return. Otherwise, the buyer pays return shipping costs.

If the buyer chooses the replacement option, he agrees to pay the additional shipping costs for the replacement item in all cases, except when the reason for the return is one of the following, in which case the replacement will be free of shipping charges :
- Does not match the description or photos
- Incorrect item sent
- Parts or pieces are missing
- Arrived damaged
